Halle Berry: Mother Nature Is Angry

Mom-to-be Halle Berry has another mother on her mind these days: Mother Nature.
With wildfires raging in Southern California this week, she told reporters Wednesday night at her London premiere of Things We Lost in the Fire: "It's frightening, and I live in Malibu too so I'm worried about my neighbors, my friends that live close to me, my very own property. It's scary. It's Mother Nature, and she's angry."
The 41-year-old actress – who is expecting her first child in the spring – said being pregnant is "fantastic." (And she certainly looked the part, wowing the crowds as she arrived in a blue, full-length Versace dress at the screening for the BFI London Film Festival.)
Earlier this month, Berry claimed there is "nothing bad" about being pregnant, saying she even enjoys the morning sickness and hot sweats. Last night, however, the mom-to-be seemed to be even happier to confirm she feels "wonderful" morning and night. "I'm over [the morning sickness] now. I'm all good."
And despite the cold weather, Berry was glad she wore the glamorous gown, saying, "I don't regret anything. I'm a slave to fashion."
